HUNTER

Bio

Hunter is a Pop/Soul/R&B singer and television/commercial actress raised in Montana, residing in Los Angeles.

Her music sounds like a pop blend of Amy Winehouse, Bruno Mars, Alicia Keys, Carole King and Stevie Wonder with hints of 60s-70s throwback vibes. There’s a clever, articulate spirit amidst the soulful moments, R&B power, pop excitement, and another crack at Hunter’s soulful heart. A poignant storyteller whose truth rings as powerful as her voice. After numerous YouTube live streams covering Bob Dylan, Adele, Marvin Gaye, Al Green, and others, she started gaining tract and popularity on YouTube.

After gaining a growing following, she introduced her 2022 debut EP, Hello My Name Is Hunter.

Hunter is a veteran in the music industry

In 2016, Hunter was paying her bills through modeling and acting and holding a year-long residency as a resident artist at the Los Angeles club and venue, The Nice Guy.
On one tour, Hunter met GRAMMY® Award-winning artist, producer, and songwriter Lukas Nelson at the airport gate in Austin, Texas. Making friends instantly, Lukas would let her accompany him to various high-profile concerts, such as sold-out shows at The Troubadour and The Fonda, and an appearance on “Conan”. His father, Willie, let her join him in performing at the Hollywood Bowl and Austin City Limits. Hunter has also performed with The Scary Pockets.

Producers

Produced by John Alagia (Dave Matthews, Jason Mraz, John Mayer) “Hello My Name is Hunter” consists of six catchy, funky songs with 70s Motown-style vocals and a fun, catchy delivery. The single “Closer” is an essential summer jam that sounds like a journey with change.

Television

On TV, she has played roles on NBC’s Undateable, TNT’s Murder in the First, CBS’s The Bold and the Beautiful, and has booked commercials for Ford, Cadillac, Mitsubishi, Popeye’s, Volvo, General Auto Insurance, Magic Bullet, Blue Apron, and many more.
